Family Connection Supportive Living Services was founded on a simple belief: every adult with a developmental disability deserves a life full of meaning, independence, and genuine community.

How We Started
Family Connection Supportive Living Services was established in 2021 in Omaha, Nebraska, by people who understood firsthand the challenges families face when seeking quality, compassionate support for their loved ones.
We saw a gap — not just in services, but in the way those services were delivered. Too often, adults with developmental disabilities were placed into systems that prioritized compliance over connection, routine over relationships. We knew there was a better way.
Today, we are proud to serve individuals and families across the Omaha area, offering personalized support that honors each person's unique strengths, goals, and dreams.
Our Mission
To empower adults with developmental disabilities to live fully, independently, and connected — in their own homes, in their communities, and on their own terms.
Our Vision
A community where every person — regardless of ability — is welcomed, valued, and given every opportunity to thrive.
What We Stand For
Dignity in Every Interaction
We treat every individual with the deep respect and genuine care they deserve — always.
Real Independence
We build skills and confidence, not dependence. Our goal is always to help people lead their own lives.
Community Belongs to Everyone
We work tirelessly to ensure every person we serve is a full, welcomed member of the Omaha community.
Family Partnership
Families are our partners. We keep communication open, honest, and supportive every step of the way.
Person-Centered Always
Every support plan starts with the individual — their goals, their preferences, their definition of a good life.
Continuous Growth
We invest in our team's training and development so we can always deliver the highest quality of care.
